From the Ready to install column, select the DLC add-on to begin the download. Navigate to Queue to see if the download and install is complete. From the Home screen, hold and press to navigate to the My games and apps menu. 
Plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on by pressing the button again. Unplug the console’s power cable and wait for 10 seconds. Press and hold the button on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
